Together with Kunty Moureau, Benedicte Bantuelle and Garance Manguin will lead the culinary design workshop. Starting from one meal, they will sketch the contours of an “ideal” gastronomic restaurant, from chairs to fork through the product. La Bouche (Mouth) is the agency for creative culinary concepts.
