From February 28th – March 2nd 2017 the city of Rovinj will host the seventh edition of the HTI conference (Health Tourism Industry). The HTI conference 2017 will be a “3 in 1” event, which gathers leading experts of the health and luxury tourism world, top chefs, scientists, food designers and artists from Europe and beyond. With the festival Taste the Mediterranean, the third partner of the conference is ILHA (International Luxury Hotel Association).
A special edition of the festival Taste the Mediterranean at the HTI conference will cover topics related to the importance of the Mediterranean diet and lifestyle in the development of health tourism. In the foreground will be top-notch gastronomy, culture and food design and the art of living. During two days interesting, educational and dynamic panels and interactive workshops are on the programme. The participants will be eminent speakers, international scientists, artists, journalists, food producers, winemakers, and olive oil producers.
