After three days of cooking from sunrise to sunset, French chefs Guillaume Sourrieu and Lionel Levy were finally able to rest. On the last day in Šibenik, together with other guests of the second international festival Taste the Mediterranean, they have visited Krka National Park, and sailed to „Skradinski buk“. They have visited St Nicola’s fortress, Prokljansko Lake, Skradin and Krka. In the Krka national park they were hosted by the director of the national park who gifted them with promotional CD and a hat. Other visitors of Krka national park were French and Slovenian reporters, Slovenian sommelier Mira Šemić, Flora Turner Vučetić- the author of the book „The Sweet Taste of a Dalmatian Love Affair – Croatian family recipes“, Belgium designers Benedicte Bantuelle and Garance Manguin, and other guests of the Festival It was a great opportunity to taste famous „Risotto from Skradin“ that was prepared in Stari Mlin restaurant, and the owner Mr. Davor Gulin treated the visitors with homemade bitter „travarica“.
