The famous Croatian chefs had the opportunity to try traditional French dishes prepared in a modern way. Chef Mathieu prepared Avocado with crab meat, citrus fruit and cauliflower cream, brandade of cod, lamb shoulder in the cumin crust with melted potatoes and olive oil, and crunchy chocolate cake with raspberry. All participants had a good time and learned a lot in the festive atmosphere of the Hotel Esplanade.
