Pastry Chef Tereza Alabanda

The only lady among the gentelemen, or literally, the icing on the cake, pastry chef Tereza Alabanda, is an artist in the true sense of the word. After twenty-five years spent with a violin in her hand, the academic musician Teresa Alabanda decided to refocus her talent to something else. She left everything behind and dedicated herself to her other love – backery and patisserie. We thank her for that! At the famous Paris academy „Le Cordon Bleu“ Tereza gained an international diploma and the title „Chef de Patisserie“, while in the country of chocolate, Belgium, Tereza attended „Barry Callebaut Chocolate Academy“. But this was just the beginning of the excellence for this young lady from Split. Tereza is currently a major patissier at „Creme de la Creme“, the most famous pastry shop in Split and a teacher at a private culinary school „Wallner“. Tereza is a permanent collaborator of the magazine „New Wedding“, and a guest author at numerous domestic and foreign Internet portals. She will present the Mediterranean desserts.
