Laura Di Renzo

Laura Di Renzo, holds three Master degrees; in Pharmacy, in Human Nutrition Science, in Food Science, and an international PhD in Molecular and Cellular Biology, is Assistant Professor and senior researcher at the Department of Biomedical and Prevention, Section of Clinical Nutrition and Nutrigenomics, Faculty of Medicine, University of Rome Tor Vergata, Italy. She is expert in Nutritional Genomic, Body composition, and Mediterranean Diet. She teaches Clinical Nutrition, Nutrigenomic, Dietetic Science and Food Chemistry, in the same University.
Speaker at various conferences and congresses on topics related to human nutrition and nutritional genomics, she published over 60 publications in scientific journals; she is author of twelve popular science books.
