“Mandalin brodeto”
For 6 persons

1 kg sardines ( sprats)
2 big red onions
1 cloves of garlic
1 bunch of parsley
0,2 l extra virgin olive oil
0,4 l white wine
0,3 l vinegar
Salt and pepper

Chop onions, garlic, parsley. Add olive oil, wine and vinegar and mix all the ingredients in the proper dish. Add sardines (sprats) and mix them in with all other ingredients. Put on the stove. When it starts to boil, reduce the heat and cook for 30 more minutes. Let it cold and serve with pasta or polenta.
