Chef Toni Miloš
Toni Miloš is the chef of the restaurant in the heritage hotel Martinis Marchi, located in the bay of Maslenica on the island of Šolta. He has been working at the Martinis Marchi restaurant since 2008, and in 2011 he becomes the chef and amazes guests with traditional Dalmatian dishes, which he approaches in a modern way. Guided by the philosophy that ingredient is the most important, chef Miloš primarily uses local and seasonal ingredients to provide guests with top Mediterranean experience.
The talent of chef Miloš is also confirmed by the 4th place he won in the competition of 285 chefs in 2012 at the Olympic Games in culinary skills in Germany. In addition, by the invitation of chef Lionel Levy, in 2018, he was a guest at the Alcyone restaurant of the InterContinental Hotel in Marseille at an exclusive Mediterranean dinner, where he delighted guests with his Dalmatian fish “popara”.
The prestigious gastronomic guide Gault & Millau Croatia 2020 rewarded his work with two chef’s hats.
