Chef Stjepan Vukadin
After graduating from culinary school and about 10 years of work in restaurants’ kitchens, in 2017 Stjepan Vukadin became the chef of the restaurant Zrno Soli in Split, where soon his talent, courage and creativity became noticeable.
He presents his love of cooking to the guests of Zrna Soli every day in gastronomic creations inspired by the Mediterranean. He points out that the ingredients he uses must be of high quality, fresh and local.
In the dishes of chef Vukadin, traditional Dalmatian cuisine is combined with trends in world gastronomy.
