“Risotto from Sibenik”
For 6 persons

1 kg lean veal meat
0,75 kg onion
Diced tomatoes
Extra virgn olive oil, salt, pepper, parsley
0,5 kg rice

Chop onion. Cut the meat into pieces, wash it and put it on the chopped onion. Simmer it on the olive oil. Add diced tomatoes. Add the meat stew. Add rise and cook. Put salt and pepper. After the rise is done ( around 18 min), take of the fire and add chopped fresh parsley.
