Philippe Zerah, France
Vice president of the association Gourméditerranée, Philippe Zerah started as a confectioner, chocolatier and ice cream producer. For more than 30 years he has been present on the gourmet scene of Provence as one of the best high level restaurants manager in the region.
He earned a degree in hotel management in Marseilles, where he has been running two restaurants since 2014: Delayou and 1860 Le Palais.
Philippe Zerah has dedicated his entire career to promoting regional cuisine and the quality of service in catering, as well as humanitarian aspects of gastronomy.
