Pastry chef Sokol Prenga
Master pastry chef, baker and chocolatier, great promotor of the Albanian cuisine around Europe. Chef Prenga has 27 years of experience working in different top restaurants in Albania and abroad. He is the member of many international chef’s organizations and Ambassador of „The Best Chef” for Albania since 2017, “SKMER-ACMER” for Albania 2016-2020, Ambassador of Food Revolution (Jamie Oliver) London, since 2017, Founder of “Shije Shqiptare” (Albanian Taste). Chef Prenga participated in numerous culinary projects, he is consultant for touristic fairs in Albania (Ministry of Tourism and Agriculture) and founder and Director of a Non-profit Organization “Centre of Culinary Education”, which is mainly focused on the promotion of Albanian cuisine and history in the world. Different projects are developed in the centre and also workshops and an intensive professional culinary course. He is the owner of the Delikatesë, restaurant and pastry shop in Tirana.
