Taste the Mediterranean 2021

In cooperation with our partners, the Embassy of the Kingdom of Spain and ICEX, the Institute for Foreign Trade, this year again we will have a Spanish Day to present the products, the wines and, for the first time, the extra virgin olive oils from Spain. The famous chef Maria Jimenez Latorre will prepare an exclusive dinner with Spanish specialties.

Our partners from the French association Gourméditerranée will participate in the Festival to show in the best light the gastronomy of Provence and the south of France. Chefs Coline Faulquier and Laetitia Visse, chef Mickael Féval, pastry chef Clément Higgins and chocolatier Claude Krajner will arrive in Split, led by the president of Gourméditerranée, chef Lionel Levy.

The hosts of the exclusive dinners will be the Split restaurants Dvor, Kinoteka, Noštromo, Zora bila and Zrno soli, as well as Hoteli Briig and Park.
