Greece, ie the region of Eastern Halkidiki, will present its unique oeno gastronomic Mediterranean offer and Kouzina Feast, a Mediterranean food event that in June 2021 will organize a week of Croatian / Dalmatian cuisine.
In the magical ambience of the Martinis Marchi heritage hotel in Maslenica, on the island of Šolta, the Mayor of the Municipality of Aristoteles, Mr. Stylianos Valianos will introduce the wine trail called From Thessaloniki to Mount Athos.
“It is a reference to a wonderful trip in time and history when travelers followed the Athonian Monks route, from Thessaloniki to the Macedonian Arnea, through the vineyards of Megali Panagia, to the distilleries on the Aristotelian Mountain and the Ierissos fishing yards and the wineries inside Mount Athos. It is a presentation of a great history that rounds up the human existence and leads the visitor into a personal celebration through a gastronomy and wine route between the monuments and unique lands/products”.
Dina Nikolaou, the most famous Greek female chef and founder of Kouzina Feast, will be a special guest at the festival Taste the Mediterranean in Split. On Friday, October 9, she will prepare dinner at the Zora bila restaurant together with the other female chefs. More information about the Greek destination can be found here.
