Days of Croatian Tourism take place in Hvar, 24 and 25 October 2018. In the multi-day work, professional lectures, presentations and workshops, and interesting panels are on schedule.

Successful gastronomic tourism implies much more than good restaurants. What are the determinants of successful gastronomic tourism, gained by the development of gastro tourism, its horizontal and vertical connection, which are the factors of success, and what place does Croatia take on the European gastronomic map?
