Croatian chef Tvrtko Šakota will prepare a dinner at the Auberge Flora restaurant in Paris, on Thursday, December 7.

Organized by Gault&Millau Croatia, the Croatian Chef will be the guest of Flora Mikula, owner of the hotel and the chef of the famous Parisian restaurant, crowned with 2 Gault&Millau toques.
Tvrtko Šakota, one of the leading Croatian chefs of the younger generation, the chef of the Xato restaurant in Zagreb, will prepare traditional Croatian dishes in an innovative way. The renowned Croatian wineries Kabola, Tomic and Krauhaker will present selected wine labels of autochthonous varieties such as Malvazija, Plavac mali, Graševina and Zelenac from the Požega Valley.

Chef Flora Mikula is well known on the French cuisine stage and one of the few women chef present on the gastronomy scene. Recently, along with the best French chefs, she was a guest of French President Macron and named the world’s ambassador of French cuisine.

It will be a Croatian dinner for Parisian gourmands and a great promotion of Croatian enogastronomy in the heart of Paris.
