Chef Vicente Patiño
Vicente Patiño was born in 1977 in Xativa, Valencia. The career of this cooker began in the family restaurant.
When he was eighteen years old, he did his first steps in Michelin Restaurant, “La Seu in Moraira” – Alicante, “Café de Paris” in Málaga, “Casa Marcial” in Asturias.
He worked in the restaurant of the hotel “Buenavista” a beach resort –Denia, also in the restaurant “Sal de Mar”.
In 2007, he received Revelation Chef Award in Madrid Fusion.
He opened his first restaurant, SAITI, in 2014. SAITI has been awarded with 1 sun by Repsol Guide and it has been awarded with Bib Gourmand by Michelin Guide.
In 2017 he opened his second restaurant, SUCAR, with traditional Valencian cuisine, and the ember in a leading role.
He has been a cookery teacher in a catering industry school in Valencia.
He has participated in several National Gastronomic conferences: Madrid Fusion, Forum de Vic, The best of the Gastronomy etc.
