Chef Goran Šikić
The chef of the legendary Hotel Park in Split, Goran Šikić, has a large work experience in renowned world’s hotels. He worked for several years in Switzerland and Germany, and in recent years in Croatia, at the Brown Beach House in Trogir and in the elegant D Resort in Šibenik. In addition to cooking, he was in charge of organizing work in all their restaurants, from the hotel’s one to the one in the exclusive marina, from the lounge bar to the pool bar. He designed all the menus, controlled the quality of the food and took care of the education of the staff. He had similar responsibilities at the Radisson Blu Resort in Split.
The chef has also worked in some of the most famous restaurants and clubs on the Adriatic, from Stellon in Split to Carpe Diem in Hvar and the famous Jastožera in Komiža.
His culinary skills were recognized during his military service and he became the chef of the Croatian Ministry of Defense. He was in charge of the trainings to other chefs.
