Chef Farid Rabhi

He was born in 1975 in Algeria. He started his career in London, cooking in numerous restaurants: in the restaurant Babylon awarded with 3 AA Rosettes; in the French cuisine restaurant Wallace Collection crowned with a Michelin star; in the British cuisine restaurant Inn the Park.
He worked as Sous chef and as Executive chef in the Waterway Maida Vale restaurant.
After that he worked in the Summer House fish restaurant and in the Coopers Holborn restaurant as Executive chef. He returned to Algeria in 2013 and started working at the Hotel El Aurassi as Executive chef for the preparation of dishes of Italian cuisine, where he still works today.
