Chef Dina Nikolaou
Although she studied economics and marketing in Paris, her love of gastronomy led Greek Dina Nikolaou to the Cordon Bleu school in Paris.
Shortly after graduation, chef Nikolaou and her sister Maria started Eva Evane – a Greek restaurant in Paris, which has 2 Gault & Millau toques.
In Greece the chef became famous for her TV culinary shows “Coffee, Coffee”, “In the Kitchen with Dina” and “Greek Flavors”. She is the author of numerous cookbooks with Greek recipes, and is the winner of the World Cookbooks Awards. Committed to clear flavors, with a deep respect towards the produce, she doesn’t like to use too many ingredients or techniques in the preparation of her dishes.
Dina Nikolaou is also the founder of the KOUZINA FEAST, a Greek festival in Eastern Halkidiki, dedicated to Mediterranean food that she will present in Split.
