This chef of Mexican roots, with an address in Paris, has been attracted to the world of gastronomy since she was a child. After graduating from the Paul Bocuse Institute, she worked in various top restaurants, such as Lucas Carton in Paris (3 * Michelin). Today, she owns the Neva Cuisine and Coretta restaurants, also in Paris, for which she received a Michelin recommendation.

Beatriz Gonzales showed her culinary skills at an exclusive dinner on the occasion of the National Women’s Month 2020 in the Mirèio restaurant in Manila, where she prepared a 5-course dinner as a guest chef.
