
Best Croatian restaurants, by Gault&Millau Croatia 2023 choice
Eight Croatian restaurants won a prestigious plaque with 4 toques. Some of them have been on that list for years and this year a new players joined the elite society: the Cap Aureo restaurant in Rovinj with its chef Jeffrey Vella, and the restaurant Nebo, owned by chef Deni Srdoč, which is is located in the Hilton hotel in Rijeka.
