A unique job opportunity in Thailand

We are looking for a woman head chef for the Mediterranean restaurant in a luxury hotel in Bangkok.

From the luxury hotel Eastin Grand Phayathai, in Bangkok, we received an inquiry for a Mediterranean woman chef to take over the position of head chef in their Mediterranean restaurant Trattoria@22.https://www.eastinhotelsresidences.com/news-media/second-eastin-grand-hotel-in-bangkok

The chef should start working in May 2023.

The restaurant will be open for lunch from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m., the capacity is about 60 people.There is also an area around the pool where food is served. Smaller snacks and sandwiches will be served, and there may be a demand for Asian food such as Thai. Room service will also be provided from this kitchen.

In terms of staff, there will be enough kitchen manpower as they plan to hire a CDC, a sous chef, several chefs de partie and commis. Complete teams will be able to take over the cooking of Thai food.
