Chefs Sandra and Dane Tahirović
Spouses Sandra and Dane Tahirović are partners both in private life and in business. They are the owners and chefs of the restaurant Zora bila in Split, crowned with 3 Gault&Millau toques.
The beginnings were not easy, but their effort has been paid off, because today Zora bila is one of the most respected restaurants in Split. Sandra and Dane are not only chefs and creators of the menu; if necessary, they jump into all the roles in the restaurant, from the waiter to the dishwasher. What keeps them going is their passion for the work and the constant desire to improve the offer. Seasonal, local products are their guarantee of quality and the menu is never the same!
Their work was recognized by the citizens of Split and guests from other Croatian regions and abroad, and Zora bila was included in the Croatian edition of the restaurant guide Gault&Millau Croatia 2018 and Gault&Millau Croatia 2019, as the restaurant which received the highest rating in Split.
